A 50% deposit on the whole stay confirms the booking.
Otherwise a No-Show status may be applied and your booking forfeited..
Full payment is required before or upon arrival. Balance must be paid in full 96 hours before arriving unless other arrangements have been discussed.
If payment is not completed on arrival and arrangements made for full payment, your stay will be limited to the days covered by the deposit and the room will be opened up for sale.
Cancellations.
You will be given a
2 year grace period in which to use the credit from your payment.
You will be subject to any future seasonal rate increases.
You must prove (and provide evidence if asked) of mitigating circumstances causing your cancellation.
Refunds will however be reviewed on a case -to-case basis.
